Credit Hire Claims Handler
£27,000 - £29,000
Tonbridge (Hybrid)

Barker Munro recruitment has a new vacancy for an experienced Credit Hire Claims handler to join an expanding Claims management firm.
Within this role you will review case history on file assignments while liaising with other departments as required to establish where liability for the accident rests and investigate the validity of third party claims, manage all aspects of TP vehicle damage and TP property damage claims presented by a third party directly or via solicitors, insurers or accident management companies and offer intervention services to non fault third parties where appropriate.
The successful individual will handle all aspects of credit hire claims as a Non ABI GTA Insurer, assess cases for prospects of success at litigation, spot insurer, handling agent and defendant solicitors’ trends and tactics to assist in the departmental and provide excellent customer service .
To be suitable for this role, we expect you will have about 3 years credit hire claims handling and knowledge of the ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of the GTA guidelines.
