Job summary

Corona Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, strengthening relationships while driving collections performance.

You will work in a hybrid pattern (office Tue-Thu, home Mon and Fri), handle routine invoicing issues, produce debt reports, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets. A strong numeracy, Excel skills, and ability to prioritise are essential.

• Experience in a Credit Control or Collections role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills, incl. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and adapt to processes.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to work.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, building strong relationships while driving collections performance and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate customers across gas and electricity as the dedicated collections contact.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Producing debt reports and analysing customer account data.
• Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control or Collections role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Confident using multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and adapt to changing processes.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 1700, Monday to Friday.
