Description

  • Support aged debt recovery efforts alongside the existing credit control team.
  • Lead a comprehensive review of the credit control processes to identify inefficiencies and improve cash flow management.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across finance, customer service, IT, and leadership to gather data and map current processes.
  • Analyse invoice-to-cash cycles, payment behaviours, and system effectiveness, bench marking against industry standards.
  • Identify root causes of payment delays and assess risks related to high-risk customers.
  • Develop, present, and refine practical recommendations and an action plan to improve policies, technology, and procedures.
  • Deliver final report and present findings to leadership, helping lay the foundation for more efficient credit control.
  • Experience of working within an Accountancy department

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
