Overview

Our client is a long-established and growing business based on the outskirts of Stafford. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a talented Credit Controller to join their friendly, supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage and maintain a busy ledger of live accounts, including chasing overdue payments and resolving invoice queries promptly.
  • Raising invoices, processing debit/credit notes, and allocating cash.
  • Carrying out credit checks and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Building strong relationships with a variety of clients from small businesses to major corporations.
  • Managing complex accounts that require exceptional attention to detail.
  • Opening new accounts and assisting with general administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in credit control, including full ledger responsibility.

  • Experience using Sage (desirable but not essential).
