Responsibilities

Contact customers to chase outstanding debts and record details against the customers record.
Reconcile accounts to ensure that invoices have been actioned by the customer.
Monitor credit stopped orders and take appropriate action.
Ensure that credit limits are monitored to ensure that they have been set at the required level.
Monitor customer payment patterns to highlight any signs of cash flow issues.
Log customer queries and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.
Process New Account Proposal Forms promptly and review regularly to ensure that a credit decision is made promptly.
Perform Ad Hoc projects at the request of the Financial Controller.
