Qualifications

Job description

Due to an internal transition, an exciting opportunity has opened to join our client's Credit Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for cash collection, achieving both set individual and team targets, resolving queries, generating reports, allocating cash, and maintaining/reducing DSO.

What you'll need

We are looking to fill the role with someone who has at least 2 years of business-to-business Credit Control experience, with excellent communication skills capable of engaging at all levels and building relationships internally and externally. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Our clients prefer candidates who either hold a CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) qualification or are working towards it.
