Job summary

Confidential in Bradford is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a section of the Sales Ledger within a team environment. The role involves receiving, balancing, and recording bank payments, allocating payments, and reconciling accounts, while handling queries and follow-up on overdue balances.

You will liaise with sales staff and internal teams to resolve issues, with a view to accurate, timely collections. The position is permanent, offering full benefits and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Working within a team each Credit Controller will have responsibilities for a section of the Sales Ledger.
• Receive, balance, & enter bank payments.
• Allocate payments and reconcile accounts.
• Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc.
• Follow up overdue accounts by letter, phone & email.
• Liaise with sales force & internal staff re overdue accounts and other matters.
