Description

Credit Controller (Immediate start):

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written communication
  • Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries
  • Prepare and distribute aged debt reports to management
  • Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits for new customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
