Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group is hiring a Credit Controller at our Derby Head Office. You will manage debtor accounts, chase overdue payments, and coordinate with site managers to resolve outstanding debts.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Chasing aftersales debt daily by phone and email.
• Manage allocated debtor accounts per Credit Control policy.
• Send weekly/monthly statements for debtor accounts.
• Complete daily cash allocations for sites.
• Respond to Credit Control mailbox and queries.
• Prepare site queries for managers and contribute to debt review meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to recover debts.
