Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role (Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable / Finance Assistant)
• Thrives in a structured role and is confident chasing overdue payments
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding monies owed by external customers are paid on time
• Proactively follow up on and resolve customer queries
• Manage a designated accounts area and monitor aged debt reports
• Contact customers by phone and email to maximise payment collection
• Negotiate payment solutions and advise on recovery strategies
• Accurately record customer billing information on the finance system
• Prepare and present monthly reports
