Care Concern Group based at our Head Office in the UK is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Finance team. You will manage outstanding debts, allocate payments, and support cashflow forecasting across our care homes.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. Experience in credit control and Excel is preferred; Sage 200 and Xero are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sage 200 and Xero advantageous.
• Confident communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to resolving queries and following up payments.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage credit notes and refunds, ensuring processing is accurate and efficient.
• Complete daily and weekly cash uploads and allocate payments.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve account queries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and review weekly/monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Support month-end processes and debtor reporting.
• Maintain the Central Process File and ensure information is current.
• Liaise with residents, families, external agencies and colleagues to resolve payments.
