Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in a credit control environment and providing a range of business support?

You’ll be primarily responsible for managing the credit control process-ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships-while also supporting general business administration, sales processing and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Control

Monitor and chase outstanding invoices via phone and email

Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate debtor records

Resolve customer queries relating to payments and invoices

Produce regular aged debt reports for management

Business Support

Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry

Liaise with suppliers and customers as needed

Support procurement, sales and operational teams with ad hoc tasks

Help coordinate internal meetings, diaries, and office supplies

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a credit control or finance-related role

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
