You will join a small, close-knit team known for their friendly approach and strong work ethic. As a Credit Control Administrator, you will maintain rent accounts, chase payments and arrears across all client portfolios, provide first-class customer service, and ensure SLA's are met while complying with client, company, and statutory regulations.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern: after 3 months, you can work from home 3 days a week.
The role is part-time: 22 hours across 3 days, Monday to Friday, with flexibility.

Experience in property management or Credit Control is not essential but beneficial. The successful candidate will have experience in developing positive working relationships and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in an office-based customer service role is advantageous, but more importantly, you should be able to think on your feet and be solution-focused.
You should be motivated to learn and share our ethos of continuous improvement. We will provide full training to help you develop the necessary skills.
