Job summary

Flexible Solutionz in Trafford Park is seeking a proactive Credit Controller / Administrator to join the finance team. You will focus on chasing payments, reducing aged debt and maintaining accurate customer records while supporting administrative duties.

This office-based role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000, Monday to Friday hours and a friendly, supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in credit control, strong Excel skills and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or similar finance role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Sage accounting software experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing the credit control process, including chasing outstanding payments.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and billing queries.
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts and payment information.
• Producing reports on aged debt and collection activity.
• Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties.
