Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely collection of customer payments
• Allocating cash receipts and maintaining accurate sales ledger records
• Investigating invoice and credit note queries
• Monitoring credit limits and customer accounts
• Liaising with sales and logistics teams to resolve queries
• Supporting the Accounts Supervisor with reporting and analysis as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
