Job description

Logirec Ltd is recruiting for a Credit Controller for one of our clients based in the Debden area. This role is within a back office support company operating in the healthcare recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing multiple accounts with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Proactively chasing outstanding invoices via phone, email, and customer portals.
  3. Setting up new customer accounts, processing incoming payments, and promptly addressing customer queries and late payments.
  4. Assisting in finance and payroll departments when required, preparing debtor reports, and escalating high-risk accounts to managers.
  5. Maintaining attention to detail, being organized, and working well within a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This position is office-based.
