About the Role:

As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing the company's credit and collections processes. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively chase outstanding payments and manage aged debt
  • Liaise with engineers to obtain order numbers and ensure accurate billing
  • Allocate invoices and raise purchase orders
  • Process employee expense claims with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain payment plans
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the finance team
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
