Let’s Talk about the Role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing our major Accounts in the EMEA Region.

How You Will Make a Difference

With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will deliver results while fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via phone, Zoom/Teams, and email to discuss payments, credit terms, and resolve queries
• Proactive cash collection, account reconciliation, and dispute resolution
• Evaluating and escalating issues that prevent cash collection or pose risks, in collaboration with internal teams
• Balancing debt recovery with risk management and commercial objectives
• Maintaining accurate customer records with meticulous record-keeping

• Highly focused and results-driven in managing customer accounts and resolving queries
• A problem solver with sound reasoning and negotiation skills
• Financial and commercial awareness
• Proficient in Excel and adaptable to various technologies
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
