As part of a thriving, high-performing team, this Credit Control role is hands-on and will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships while driving timely collections and supporting continued commercial success. This role also offers a hybrid approach.

As Credit Control you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the sales ledger, ensuring accurate records of outstanding debts
  • Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone and email, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure positive cash flow and resolve disputes efficiently
  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to provide updates on debtor performance and risk
  • Supporting month-end processes including reporting aged debt and bad debt provisions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to continuous development within the function

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role and will bring a proactive, customer-first mindset to their work. You'll be confident managing your own ledger, able to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a collaborative attitude - this is a team that prides itself on striving for the best and supporting one another to achieve great results.
