A leading law firm is seeking a fully remote Credit Controller for a 12-month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery, fostering relationships, and achieving cash collection targets. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and experienced Credit Controllers.

Totum is currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a fully remote Credit Controller for a 12 Month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing debt by phone and email.
• Working closely with Partners, Lawyers, and Clients to resolve outstanding payments.
• Managing expectations and building strong working relationships.
• Hitting cash collection targets and reducing aged debt.
• Finding smarter ways to collect cash and stay ahead of delays.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experienced Credit Controller
• Client-focused, with a strong service approach.
• Organised, adaptable, and used to working under pressure.
• Proactive, with good attention to detail and strong communication.
• Confident using Excel and Word.
