Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Contract Position (6 Months), Immediate Start

Think Accountancy & Finance are currently looking for a diligent and motivated Credit Controller to join a well-established finance team. You will be responsible for managing your own ledger and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your allocated ledger, maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone and email.
• Ensure aged debts are kept within target by following a structured credit control collection process.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to the appropriate lead as required.
• Liaise closely with internal teams to resolve queries and facilitate prompt payments.
• Perform credit checks on new and existing customers.
• Provide monthly reports on all overdue accounts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function.
• Assist and collaborate with other team members as needed.
