Credit Controller job - Hybrid - Based near Epsom/Sutton - Upto £35K + Annual Bonus

Your new role
The Credit Controller, reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, is primarily responsible for managing circa 300 accounts with a debtor ledger of approx £8m per month. This job includes ensuring timely payments, processing incoming funds, resolving account queries, and overseeing debt recovery. Additionally, the role involves evaluating new credit requests, reviewing credit ratings, and setting terms. The Credit Controller also performs various ad hoc tasks to maintain effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations. All duties are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years 'start to finish' credit control experience working in professional services or pharm with an excellent track record of account management and working closely with Sales/Operations and delivering to KPIs. You will have strong excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
