We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance department, which plays a crucial role in supporting the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or expand your career in Facilities Management. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collect outstanding debts on allocated customer accounts using telephone, letter, and statements.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Billings & Collections Manager.
  • Distribute weekly aged transaction reports.
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer queries.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and maintain company credit policies.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
