Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for finance and customer service? Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a well known Derby based business who are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to their Credit Control team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by following up on overdue payments by telephone and email
• Assist the Accounts Receivable function with resolving queries linked to billing and project-related accounts
• Monitor the Credit Control inbox and respond to emails efficiently, ensuring queries and issues are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Identify recurring issues on accounts and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and reduce payment delays

This role will suit someone who is available immediately with previous credit control experience from a B2C or B2B environment.
