Carlsberg Britvic is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a full-time maternity-cover role in Solihull. You will manage debt collection, disputes, and adherence to credit policies while supporting healthy cash flow and constructive customer relationships.

• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve invoice/payments issues.
• Follow the company's credit policies and procedures and perform timely dunning.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to support cash flow and collections.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on collection progress and risk.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Credit Controller who will be responsible for following the company's credit policies and procedures, ensuring persistent debt collection and dunning, dispute analysis and resolution, minimising bad debt exposure and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The role supports healthy cash flow and contributes to the overall financial stability of the business.
