Credit Controller - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a FMCG Organisation based in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Credit Controller on a full time, 18 month contract.

The Company:

Our client is an NI Top 100 company in Belfast and have multiple offices and sites across NI, ROI and Europe. They have a range of business units that provide multiple services and products to their global customers base. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to add a Commercial Accountant to one of their business units

The Role:

As the successful Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the credit control manager in managing debt
  • Support the cash n delivery process
  • Ensure all payments are allocated within a timely manner
  • Production of weekly reports for management on overdue balances
  • Manage the procedure of opening new customer credit accounts
  • Support additional tasks and projects as required by the management team.

The Person:

The successful Credit Controller will meet the following criteria:

  • Prior Credit Control experience
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Strong communication skills.
