Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues, ensuring positive relationships and efficient debt recovery.
  • Monitor the ageing of accounts and escalate any overdue debts to the appropriate departments.
