• Manage the credit assessment process for new and existing customers, ensuring credit risk is controlled.
• Drive process improvements to streamline collections and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex billing issues.
• Provide regular reporting on debtor performance, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.

About the Role:

As the Credit Control Team Leader, you will oversee our dedicated credit control team, working closely with finance and sales to ensure the efficient management of customer accounts.
