Credit Control Supervisor, Leeds, Upto £36k

Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Supervisor to lead our clients' credit control team. This role is responsible for overseeing the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, minimising credit risk, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth credit processes, as well as train and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in credit control & at least 2 years in a team leader role.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications would be beneficial (e.g., CICM or AAT).
  • Experience in a shared service or high-volume environment.
