A leading international law firm is seeking a Credit Control Manager to oversee operations and manage a team across several locations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit management and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing the collections process, ensuring compliance, and driving performance improvements. The Credit Control Manager will lead a team of Credit Controllers based in the UK, Dublin, and Warsaw, providing support to the Senior Working Capital Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing credit control operations, developing and implementing credit policies, managing the collections process, monitoring client exposure, resolving client queries and disputes, and producing management reports. The manager will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, working closely with the Revenue Control Manager and E-billing Manager to minimise client exposure and lock up. Effective analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential to improve cash flow, reduce bad debt, and maintain robust client relationships. The individual should be able to motivate the team and ensure cash targets are met for the UK and Ireland.
