Role: Credit Control Assistant – based in Kendal or Blackburn.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Reconcile customer accounts/contracts
  • Investigate late payment issues
  • Keep internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
  • Work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller
Requirements (Experience/Qualifications)
  • Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
  • Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
