Bell Cornwall recruitment are currently recruiting for an experience Credit Control Advisor to join a relatively new and expanding energy company in Birmingham ‘s Jewellery Quarter.

They are looking to hire a customer focused Credit Control Advisor with experience of B2C collections. Someone who can work with debtors to identify reasons for non-payment and ensure timely recovery of debts.

They would also like someone who can contribute to the development of the collections process.

Duties will include:

• Communicating with clients to ensure payments are made in as short a time-frame as possible.
• Sending regular communications to clients to avoid delays in payment.
• Working with clients to identify reasons for non-payment – using the information to refine the collections / billing process.
• Highlighting potential areas of risk promptly to avoid excessive debt buildup.
