We're working with a well-established and growing company who are looking to add a Credit Control Administrator to their finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Credit Control Administrator will include:

  • Supporting the Credit Controller by contacting customers via phone and email in line with established procedures for overdue payments.
  • Manage incoming calls relating to enquiries and ledger queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response.
  • Liaise with third-party providers by preparing and submitting claims within required timeframes.
  • Assist in the recovery of arrears.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all credit control-related enquiries from both internal departments and tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, reflecting any changes in circumstances such as solicitor involvement, payment arrangements, or updated contact information.
  • Prepare credit control letters and documents, manage filing, and provide general assistance to the accounts department as required.
