Overview

Credit Controller

Location: Mansfield
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm, Fri 9am-3pm (1 in 5 Fridays until 5pm)
On-site | Parking available

Responsibilities

• Manage cash collection and reduce aged debt across multiple ledgers
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve queries
• Process daily invoicing, post and allocate payments, and issue credits
• Load invoices onto customer portals and maintain master data
• Review and update credit limits and payment terms
• Support month-end close routines and provide cover within the finance team
• Contribute to process improvements during system changes

• Proven background in Credit Control within a fast-paced finance environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and confident learning new software
• Results-driven and proactive in resolving issues
