We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our friendly team on a 2-month contract.

Location: Manchester

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Join this lovely small team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
  1. Control of the sales ledger and processing all incoming cash daily.
  2. Confirm sales invoices, ensuring they are posted to the sales ledger in a timely manner, and chase customers for overdue invoices.
  3. Confirm sales invoices from sales order dispatches daily and prepare/post manual invoices as required.
  4. Post and allocate BACS, cheque, and cash receipts; reconcile customer accounts.
  5. Complete daily bank reconciliations.
  6. Respond to emails regarding sales invoices and orders.
  7. Send copy invoices/credits and find proof of delivery as needed.
  8. Set up new customer accounts and amend existing accounts as necessary.
