• Reconcile key accounts and escalate disputes.
• Maintain accurate customer data.

Credit Collector- German Speaking

Hybrid- with 2-3 days per week onsite in Quedgeley

We’re looking for a German-speaking Credit Collector to join our EMEA Credit team based in Quedgeley.

Your Role:

As a Credit Collector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely collections, monitoring credit limits, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers across Kohler’s EMEA businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day credit and collections for EMEA trade customers
  

• Act as first point of contact for collection issues and blocked orders
  

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and attend customer visits
  

• Reconcile key accounts and escalate unresolved disputes
  

• Maintain accurate customer data and support month-end reporting
  

• Proactively manage large accounts and support ad-hoc credit projects

Skills/Requirements

• At least 1 year’ experience in a credit role or experience within a finance or customer service environment
  

• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish language is desirable

• Knowledge of SAP preferable
