Job summary

Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to enable timely processing of credit claims for the full-service business. You will log shortages, liaise with credit controllers, and ensure accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include updating claims progress in the ERP system, chasing for missing information, and coordinating with Operations and Returns to secure credits and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Previous credit control experience with attention to detail.
• Familiar with GDP/QA procedures as applicable.
• Proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and log credit claims for shortages, overages, debits, and damages daily.
• Collaborate with Returns, Credit Controllers, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Update systems and records with claim progress and authorisations.
• Chase customers for required documents and photos of damaged stock.
• Raise claims with couriers for lost stock within time limits.
