We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Credit Bureau Relationship Manager to support our ambitious growth goals. You’ll be a key member of the team, taking charge of sourcing, negotiating, and managing Credit Reference Agency relationships. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies effectively support Monzo's objectives, including extending our reach into the EU.

Competitive base salary + stock options (this is a newly created position at Monzo and as such we're open to candidates of varying levels of experience)
This role can be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station (a hybrid of office based and home working) or fully remote within the UK.
We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
£1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.
We will set you up to work from home. All employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
