Credit & AR Manager / Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Compensation:

• $85,000 – $90,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing credit and collections to meet DSO and cash targets
• Leading, developing, and coaching the credit/AR team
• Reviewing aging reports and monitoring workflows to ensure timely approvals
• Collaborating with sales and operations to resolve payment and credit issues
• Serving as the escalation point for delinquent accounts
• Reporting on collections performance weekly/monthly
• Acting as the “bad cop” when needed—firm but relationship-focused

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described
• Construction industry experience is a must
• Ability to give and receive direct feedback in a high-urgency setting
• ERP system experience; JD Edwards or Integra is a big plus
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables
