The team manages the firm’s financial policies, affairs, and administration.
To support the credit control team in monitoring and maintaining cash flow by efficiently collecting debts. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in numeracy and literacy, and confidence in dealing with clients internally and externally.
Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office. Previous office experience preferred.
Good communication, proactive, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, well-organized, confident in communication, team-oriented.
Working towards or completed good grades at A-level or equivalent, with 5 GCSEs including English Language (grades A-C or 9-4). High standards in Maths and English are advantageous.
This role offers valuable experience in a busy finance team, with opportunities to learn about credit control and finance systems. It provides a strong foundation for a career in finance.
Normal hours are 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, with flexibility required for additional hours based on client needs.
Farrer & Co promotes agile working, expecting at least 40% of hours in the office, with potential for more depending on circumstances.
