Job summary

Gold Group in Central London is looking for a Credit Administration Associate to manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European loans. You will review finance documents from loan close through the life of the loan and create financial models to track conditions, milestones and events.

You will liaise with borrowers, lenders and their lawyers to ensure timely reporting and to handle amendments, waivers and redemptions, while coordinating with project monitors on drawdowns and

• 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to build and interpret models.

Responsibilities

• Review finance documents prior to loan close and through the life of the loan.

Credit Administration Associate, Central London

c£80,000 - c£90,000 base salary, bonus, and benefits

Our client, a leading Financial Services business, is looking to appoint someone who has experience of the following:

• Understanding and interpreting LMA facility agreements and their clauses
• Warehouse or construction deals
• Creating cash flow models, including waterfall payment processes

Based in Central London sitting within a highly professional team of specialists, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European investment and development loans, reviewing finance documents prior to loan close and through the life of the loan.

• You will create financial models, diarising conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.
• Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
• Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
• Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
• Instructing valuations.

About you:

• 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritizing and meeting competing deadlines.
