Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Prior experience conducting NPDB queries and state licensure board verifications.
  • Familiarity with provider credentialing databases and healthcare provider systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage provider (re)credentialing processes from start to finish.
  • Act as a liaison between providers and internal teams to resolve issues and gather needed documentation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain provider records in credentialing software and systems.
  • Conduct license verifications and National Practitioner Data Bank queries.
  • Support quarterly credentialing committee meetings and provider panels.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data integrity for auditing and compliance.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and accuracy in all provider-related data handling.

Compensation

Compensation: $20-23/hr.
