Our Crèche team at Nuffield Health Milngavie has an opening for a Bank Crèche Assistant to work with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years across our Creche, Junior Fitness, and School Holiday Camps.

Role Overview:

As a Crèche Assistant, you will ensure that the care and education provided promote health, growth, and development. You will care for a small group of children, helping them achieve the best possible start in life.

You will create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where children can explore their potential, considering their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development. This will be achieved through play and education, in line with the latest childcare legislation. Opportunities for training in new techniques and approaches will be available. To join us, you need proven experience in a crèche, nursery, or school environment.

The Person:

  • Qualified to HNC Early Education & Childcare or SVQ Social Services, Children & Young People, or working towards a relevant qualification in children's services.
  • Ideally, hold Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Most importantly, passionate about creating positive experiences for children and their families.
