As a Creche Assistant at our Bolton Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you’ll bring proven experience in a crèche environment/working with children. Qualifications up to NNEB, NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC, or BA (Hons) are preferred but not essential. You will ensure the care and education we provide promote health, growth, and development. By caring for a small group of children, you will help them achieve the best possible start in life.

We will also offer you opportunities to train in new techniques and approaches.

As a Creche Assistant, you will:

• Create a safe, secure, and stimulating crèche environment where children can explore their potential.
• Consider children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development through play and education.
• Provide equipment for play and education.
• Ensure the crèche is safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Liaise with parents and carers in an informative and appropriate manner.
