Job summary

LTK is seeking an Assistant, Creator Success in London (Hybrid) to support the UK team in maximizing creator earnings. You will learn what makes LTK creators successful, handling initial approvals, communications on gifting and earning strategies, and contributing to data-driven workflows.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion retail, strong communication, and comfort with data analysis. The role offers a dynamic, fast-moving retail disruptor environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Functional experience with multiple social media platforms.
• Creator knowledge and UK landscape experience of creator and retail.
• Experience of customer relations.
• Strong understanding of social media and creator marketing.
• Passion for growth and building on creator business opportunities and process optimisation.
• Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, and Google Drive for data analysis, reporting, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve creator applications for the LTK platform, ensuring alignment with company standards and eligibility criteria.
• Assist high potential creators with their LTK business growth with a focus on brand and gifting strategy.
• Apply social media theory to practise
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency
• Support special projects to increase creator earning opportunities and team functionality
• Conduct weekly performance reporting on creators, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
