This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, based in our Guildford, UK studio.

The Global Communications team, which sits within the integrated marketing department, is a visible and crucial communications role. We're looking for our new EU Creator Relations Manager for the Action Adventure and EA Originals portfolio.

Reporting to the Global Creator Relations Lead, you will collaborate with teams around the business. You will ensure that our communication strategies are working with EU Content Creators and on different social media channels. You will also be an important partner of the Brand Marketing Regional Leads and contributor to the EU integrated go-to-market plans.

A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications for this role can be found below.

  • Lead and implement the Creator strategy and develop best practices across multiple platforms for the portfolio in EU markets. Make sure the strategy reflects and complement the Global strategy.
  • Guide regional leads and agencies to deliver the in-country Creator & Social contribution to the in-country Go-to-market Plan aligned with Brand Strategy.
  • Identify Community insight (or gaps) to contribute to the audience lens and share local feedback of our in-country audience(s).
  • Help with communications around game and live service issues: Gameplay Challenges, Outages, Support Issues. Provide insight into hot topics within the community and press to help develop messaging.
  • Establish professional working relationships with creators in person, online, and through owned social and community platforms and ensuring work follows company and federal guidelines.
  • Organise and oversee activations building content briefs and managing creator invites, contract requests and payments.
  • Manage and plan the Creator budget in partnership with Brand Marketing Regional Leads

Qualifications

  • Technical skills
    • Advanced experience in Creator and Community Management in EU
    • Experience with digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of success
    • Measure Creator efforts with social listening/analytic tools to provide data-informed actions.
    • Experience with and scope of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, X, Twitch, YouTube and other new social platforms.
    • Experience interpreting customer/community feedback to make relevant recommendations.
  • Soft skills
    • Advanced experience in agency management.
    • Planning, organisational, and task/project management abilities.
    • Written and verbal communication skills in English, able to present plans and concepts in English.
    • Familiar with collaborating in a global environment.
  • Other qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing, but not essential.
