Job Title: Creator Operations Manager

Location: Remote (UK Based) / London HQ

Since launching in London in September 2022, Joli’s community has grown to nearly 9,000 creators, generating 42,000+ content pieces, and reaching 68 million consumers. With 250+ hospitality brands onboard, we’re scaling fast—and we need you to help with the creator side of things.

The Role

You’ll own the full creator lifecycle on Joli: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, quality and delivery. Your job is to drive creator activation, retention and performance, keep the quality bar high, and feed into product and go-to-market decisions.

What you'll be doing:

1. Creator acquisition & onboarding

• Lead the team responsible for sourcing, recruiting and qualifying creators who fit campaign briefs and brand tone.
• Set performance goals, review pipeline health, and remove blockers to help scale acquisition.
• Own and iterate on the onboarding playbooks—automation, segmentation, feedback loops.

2. Creator management & engagement

• Own the creator health numbers—retention, churn, reactivation. Build and drive the dashboards, spot when things wobble, and trigger smart recovery paths (reactivation flows, win-backs, etc.).
• Define and experiment on engagement playbooks: community building, events, in-app moments and personalised nudges. Run hypothesis-driven tests, measure impact, and scale what works.

3. Quality assurance & enablement

• Own the quality bar for creator output and delivery. Work alongside the product team to leverage AI to analyse and upskill creators.
• Turn those signals into enablement: targeted coaching, playbacks, templates, incentives and behavioural levers to raise the quality bar.

What we're looking for:

• Operational experience: 2+ years in fast-moving, execution-heavy environments—SaaS, creator/influencer platforms, tech ops, consulting or client-facing roles.
• Data fluency: You extract clear signals from dashboards, CSVs or BI tools and turn them into actionable interventions.
• Project rigour: You’ve run end-to-end initiatives, managed stakeholders and delivered reliably without hand-holding.
• Commercial sense: You understand how creator ecosystems feed business models and revenue levers.
• Communication: You explain insights clearly, influence without authority, and speak confidently with internal teams and external creators.
• System thinking: You design and maintain workflows and tooling that scale and reduce cognitive load.
• Operator’s mindset: You combine people, data and process to surface problems early and iterate toward solutions.
