The Role:

We’re looking for a Creator & Influencer Manager to plan, source and run best-in-class creator work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You’ll own the creator workstream end-to-end from casting and contracting to on set management, approvals, whitelisting and performance tracking to add to our portfolio of ‘go to’ talent. The role requires partnering closely with Creative, Production and Client Services.

Responsibilities:

Key elements of the role include:

1) Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Identify and vet potential Creators who align with the clients' brand values, target audience and specific campaign brief objectives.
  • Manage Creator outreach, negotiations, and contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with Creators to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

2) Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Creators, ensuring ongoing collaboration and engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Creators during campaigns, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Foster a positive and professional rapport with Creators to encourage long-term partnerships.

3) Content Coordination:

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content in line with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve creator content before publication to ensure compliance with brand standards and messaging.
  • Attend shoots and manage creators on set when applicable / required.

4) Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the agency's influencer marketing capabilities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience creator/influencer marketing at an agency, brand or platform.
  • Proven casting and negotiation track record across multiple verticals.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Strong platform fluency (TikTok, IG, YT Shorts) - hooks, formats, algorithm levers, disclosure tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Creators and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
