Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Curator of success to identify and nurture creators on Nanogram, turning passion into lasting engagement. You’ll build loops that convert creator activity into sustained growth, and translate user needs into product improvements that empower creators to perform. Remote until October 2026, then London-based in person.

Compensation: £90,000–£110,000 gross per year. You’ll own flagship formats, run game jams and partner with a dedicated content creator to amplify the Nanogram

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build a brand or product community from zero and grow it to real traction.
• Product literacy from inside an app team to filter user voice into actionable requests.
• Proven creator development, elevating individuals into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator onboarding and nurture cycles to monetization.
• Run recurring formats and flagship events that draw in new members.
• Own the voice of the user and represent the brand on creator-facing channels.
• Collaborate with a full-time content creator to amplify campaigns.
