Job summary

Influencer in the UK is seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services team, delivering end-to-end creator marketing campaigns for leading brands, agencies and platforms. You’ll own campaigns from brief to delivery, manage creators, timelines, client communication and reporting, while collaborating with the Senior Account Manager to grow and retain key accounts.

In this fast-paced role you’ll stay highly organised, drive multiple campaigns simultaneously, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, influencer marketing, branded content, advertising or social media.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing creator and brand agreements, with understanding of usage rights and payments.
• Strong analytical thinking with post-campaign insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign delivery: manage day-to-day creator and branded content campaigns across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram).
• Lead creator sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content vetting, go-live and reporting.
• Drive timelines and organisation: ensure milestones and delivery dates are met.
• Build client relationships: support Senior Account Manager with communications and expectations.
• Be a creator community expert: nurture relationships with creators and management agencies.
• Manage campaign operations across Waves and partner platforms; ensure briefs, content, payments are accurate.
• Turn performance into insight: develop post-campaign analyses and present learnings.
• Contribute creatively: assist in developing strategies to strengthen campaigns.
